G-P28-IR is a near-infrared absorbent independently developed by Shanghai Huzheng Company. By spraying G-P28-IR on the welding line, the above problems are well solved. G-P28-IR is a special nano-filled particle, its particle size is very small, can be applied to 1064nm band laser beam, for 800nm ~ 2500nm laser beam also has excellent absorption performance.

Method of use

If it is the use of liquid near infrared absorbent G-P28-IR, you can use ordinary needle dispensing or ultrasonic spraying, etc., you can also use pad printing and other methods for production. For general plastic laser welding, the recommended amount of G-P28-IR is 0.01 ~ 0.02ul/mm2
