Product Application
It can be used to produce heat insulation masterbatch, and polymer type can be PET/PE/PC/PMMA/PVC, which is widely used for film, board, yarn, etc.

Application Method
1)the liquid for wet granulation
Add the liquid into the PET during front-end production, during the esterification process of phthalic acid (PTA) and ethylene glycol (EG), the liquid is added into ethylene glycol by 8-10% dosage, and it can participate in esterification directly under the effect of catalyst, then heat insulation masterbatch is obtained.
2)the powder for dry granulation
Add the powder into the PET plastics during back-end production. The powder is mixed with normal PET powder uniformly by dosage of 1.2-2%, then add them into twin turbo extruder slice, then transparent heat insulation masterbatch is obtained.

Package & Storage
Liquid: 20 kgs/ barrel, store in a cool, dry place, avoiding sun exposure.
Powder: 25 kgs / bag, store in a cool, dry place, avoiding sun exposure.
